By downloading, installing, or using Walletify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Walletify is an iOS application that allows users to create Apple Wallet passes including:

• Business cards and membership cards
• Event tickets (concerts, movies, sports)
• Coupons and discount cards
• Boarding passes (flights, trains, buses)
• Store loyalty cards

The app processes pass data locally and uses our servers only for Apple Wallet signing.

3. How the Service Works

• All pass data is stored locally on your device
• When generating a pass, data is temporarily sent to our servers for Apple signing
• Signed passes are returned to your device and server data is immediately deleted
• You maintain full control over your pass data

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your passes
• You may not create passes that infringe on intellectual property rights
• You may not use the app for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
• You may not create passes that impersonate legitimate businesses or organizations

5. Subscription Terms (Premium Features)

• Premium subscription required for "Save Pass" and "Add to Wallet" features
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Payment charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

6. Data and Privacy

• Your pass data stays on your device - we don't store it
• We use servers only for temporary Apple Wallet signing
• No analytics or tracking data is collected

7. Intellectual Property

• The app and its design are owned by us and protected by copyright
• You retain ownership of content you create in passes
• Apple Wallet integration follows Apple's guidelines and terms

8. Service Availability

• We strive for reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Pass generation requires internet connection for Apple signing
• Apple Wallet integration depends on Apple's services

9. Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for damages arising from use of the app
• We are not responsible for how Apple Wallet handles your passes
• Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Create fraudulent or misleading passes
• Impersonate businesses, events, or transportation services
• Use the app to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

12. Termination

• You may stop using the app at any time
• We may suspend service for violations of these terms
• Your local data remains unaffected by service termination
