2. How We Use Information

• Pass data is used only to generate Apple Wallet passes
• Data is processed temporarily on our servers for signing, then immediately deleted
• Subscription status is managed through Apple and RevenueCat

3. Data Storage and Processing

Local Storage

• All your pass data is stored locally on your device using secure SwiftData
• You have complete control over your data

Server Processing

• Pass data is sent to our servers only for Apple Wallet signing
• Data is processed and immediately deleted - never stored permanently
• Our servers act as a temporary processing gateway only

4. Information Sharing

• We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information
• Pass data is only processed temporarily for Apple Wallet generation
• Subscription management is handled by Apple and RevenueCat

5. Third-Party Services

• RevenueCat: Subscription management only
• Firebase Functions: Temporary pass generation and signing only

6. Your Rights

• Delete passes from the app at any time
• All data is stored locally under your control
• Cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
• No account data to delete - we don't store personal information

7. Children's Privacy

Our app does not collect personal information from anyone, regardless of age.

8. Data Retention

• Local Data: Stored on your device until you delete it
• Server Data: Immediately deleted after pass generation

9. Security

• Local data encrypted by iOS and SwiftData
• Server communication uses HTTPS encryption
• No permanent data storage on servers minimizes risk
