Location Information

This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

AI Feature Data Usage

To provide AI-powered jewelry identification features, the Application processes the jewelry images you submit. This processing occurs anonymously and the submitted content is not linked to your user account. Anonymous processing may involve sending the data to third-party AI service providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google AI). We only share the necessary anonymous data to fulfill the requested identification feature. These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and confidentially.

Anonymized versions of submitted content might be used to improve the AI models and the overall service quality.

Image Processing

The Jewelry Identifier: Collection app processes and analyzes images of jewelry that you upload or capture using the application. These images are:

• Processed anonymously to identify gemstones, metals, and design elements
• Not stored or linked to your personal account
• Used only for the identification process and then discarded

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application and its service. The Application utilizes the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication (for user authentication)
• Firebase Installations (for app installation management)
• Firebase Firestore (for data storage)
• Firebase Remote Config (for app configuration)
• RevenueCat (for subscription and payment management)

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Opt-out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available through your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Jewelry images are processed anonymously and not stored. Automatically Collected information is retained for up to 24 months and thereafter may be stored in aggregate. To request deletion of your User Provided Data, please contact us at solvium.ai@gmail.com.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us at solvium.ai@gmail.com.

Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• Secure data transmission using HTTPS
• Industry-standard encryption for stored data
• Access controls for user data
